Understanding the Witch Trials Lesson and Escape Room Bundle

This download teaches children about the witch trials with today’s understanding in one complete lesson.

There is a detailed 26 slide PowerPoint on how views and laws have changed since the witch trials, how the different trails were conducted, how they decided who the witches were and how witch craft is considered a religion today.

There are also differentiated, 6 page, worksheets to allow students to demonstrate their understanding. I have also included a video of my own lesson (using these resources) which took place online for teacher’s understanding or to show the class.

After the lesson children can take part in a digital escape room to practice their new knowledge.
